Created in 1965, Medicaid, a form of health insurance, was developed to address the health care needs of low-income families as well as individuals who had a disability, were blind, or were aged. Recently, Medicaid is undergoing change. With the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid offers the opportunity for expanding eligibility. In this episode, Dr. Toni P.
